Outcomes Connect Australia is seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to help people living with disability by applying evidence-based practice, reducing behaviours of concern and promoting rights. You will work with a team including practitioners, a team leader and clinical advisors to develop knowledge and deliver tailored supports.

You’ll be based on Brisbane's northside, within a 15-20 minute drive of Chermside, with supervision, learning opportunities and a focus on qualified growth in
