We're looking for passionate Chefs to join our culinary team across casual, part-time and full-time opportunities.

Whether you're looking to build your experience, take the next step in your culinary career or find a role that offers flexibility, you'll be part of a dynamic kitchen operation with plenty of opportunity to learn and grow.

You'll work alongside an experienced culinary team across our main kitchen, Sola Restaurant & Bar and our busy banqueting and events operation. With everything from à la carte dining to large-scale conferences, weddings and functions, you'll gain valuable experience across a diverse resort workplace.

What you’ll be doing:

- Prepare and deliver high-quality food across restaurant, banqueting and event services
- Work across a variety of menus and styles of service
- Support the delivery of conferences, weddings and large-scale events
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
- Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and Food & Beverage teams
- Follow food safety, HACCP and WHS standards
- Assist with preparation, stock rotation and maintaining an organised kitchen
- Contribute to a positive and supportive kitchen culture
