Love the details that bring great products to life—and ready to grow your career? We’re looking for a proactive, organised Product Coordinator to support a collaborative team developing custom performance apparel.

You’ll help keep product development moving from early concepts through to production by tracking critical-path milestones, coordinating samples and approvals, following up on actions and communicating with suppliers. You’ll also maintain accurate product information, support costing administration, and keep specifications, artwork, tech packs and approval records organised.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, Technical, Sales, Planning and suppliers—taking ownership,



making confident decisions and spotting what needs to happen next. You’ll also have the chance to improve how the team works, including exploring better processes and using technology, automation and AI.

You’ll suit the role if you’re ambitious and keen to develop, with examples of taking on growing responsibility. You’re accountable, comfortable with ambiguity, open to feedback and enjoy working closely with others. An interest in team sports and sports apparel is a plus.
