Omni Recruit is working with a Penrith wing restaurant serving up crispy wings, corn ribs, loaded fries and cocktails in a stunning heritage church on Henry Street. We need a Floor Supervisor who owns the room: keeping service slick, the team smiling and every table leaving happy.

Hospitality Floor Supervisor – Penrith

- $65K–$75K + super, full-time

- Run the floor in a heritage church turned wing joint

- Training and a pathway into management

What you'll be doing

- Leading front-of-house shifts and running the floor during service

- Setting up sections, running briefings and keeping the team on track

- Jumping in where it's busiest: on the floor, at the pass or behind the bar

- Looking after guests and sorting issues on the spot

- Handling opening and closing, cash-up and floor checks





- Training new starters and showing them how it's done

- Supporting the management team with bookings, functions and events

What you'll bring

- Supervisor or senior front-of-house experience in a busy restaurant, bar or venue

- Natural confidence leading a team on the floor

- Outstanding communication and a love of people

- POS experience

- A current NSW RSA and First Aid certificate

- Full Australian work rights
