At the Nagambie Rowing Club we pride ourselves on serving excellent quality food in our lakeside dining rooms. We are a popular meeting place for locals and travellers alike, welcoming large groups and functions. Our friendly kitchen team are hardworking, passionate individuals who deliver a seasonal menu, as well as hand selected specials to keep our regular patrons excited. About the Role

- Casual position working 24 to 30 hours a week, with regular hours available
- Split-shift work across lunch and dinner service
- Preparation and cooking across a varied menu
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
- Working efficiently as part of a busy kitchen team




- Maintaining cleanliness, food safety and kitchen standards

Qualifications & experience

- Have at least 1 year of work experience in commercial kitchens, Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery highly favourable but not essential.
- Ability to produce high-quality dishes in a fast paced environment working as part of a team
- Solid knowledge of sanitary and OH&S; regulations
- Reliable, punctual and well organised
- Flexible availability, including split shifts, evenings and weekends
