BHP is offering the 2027 Intern Program across our Australian operational sites. You’ll spend 10–12 weeks gaining hands-on experience and learning from graduates, technical specialists and fellow interns while building skills and connections that support your career.

Working arrangements vary; FIFO or local roles near mining operations, depending on location. The program focuses on potential, real experience, exploring career pathways and future opportunities within BHP.
