Mr Crackle is a quick serve carvery on the Gold Coast seeking a hands-on store manager to lead and train a team, ensure rapid, friendly service and maintain stock levels and food prep guidance during lunch rush. You will manage rostering, control labour costs to budget, uphold food safety and cleaning standards, and support BOH as needed.

Weekdays and weekends availability is required; growth opportunities exist as the brand expands to a second store.
