At Atlan Stormwater, we're looking for a motivated, reliable, and hands-on Installation Technician to join our growing Queensland team.

You will be working on the installation of stormwater treatment systems that help protect our waterways, communities, and environment. No two days will be exactly the same, and your work will make a real difference.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll play an important role in delivering quality stormwater installation projects across Queensland.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Getting hands-on: Installing stormwater treatment devices and associated equipment across various project sites.

- Making things happen: Coordinating and carrying out installation activities efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

- Working as a team: Collaborating with colleagues, contractors, and customers to deliver successful installations.

- Solving problems: Taking initiative, identifying site challenges, and helping find practical solutions.

- Building relationships:



Representing Atlan professionally when dealing with customers and site personnel.

- Keeping things organised: Managing installation schedules, following up on outstanding tasks, and maintaining accurate job records.

- Putting safety first: Following workplace health and safety procedures and maintaining a safe working environment.

What We're Looking For

We’re after someone with a great attitude, a robust work ethic, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves.

The essentials:

- Current driver licence and willingness to travel to project sites.

- Valid Construction White Card (or recognised equivalent).

- Current Confined Space Entry ticket.

- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.

- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and contribute to a team.

- Good communication skills and a professional approach when dealing with customers.

- A proactive, dependable, and can-do attitude.

Even better if you have:

- Previous experience in civil construction, drainage, stormwater systems, or infrastructure installation.

- Dogging ticket or other relevant construction qualifications.

- Experience working on construction sites or with installation equipment.

- Confidence troubleshooting practical, on‑site challenges.
