REFOCUS is seeking a Team Leader – Family Services to provide operational leadership and practice oversight across programs serving Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, young people and families on the Sunshine Coast.

You will lead frontline teams, oversee Family Participation, Delegated Authority, Community and Kinship Care, and Family Finder, ensure culturally protected, trauma‑informed practice, and drive documentation, reporting and compliance to achieve positive child and family
