Searson Buck is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to lead commercial performance across tendering, contract negotiation, project delivery and close-out. This senior, hands-on role works with leadership, estimating, operations and project teams to identify risk early, protect margin and capture contractual opportunities.

You will manage tenders, negotiate complex contracts, monitor margins and cash flow, and support project managers with practical commercial advice.
