Far West Local Health District seeks a Wellbeing and Health in-reach Nurse (CNS2) to coordinate health and wellbeing services for school-aged children in designated schools in rural NSW. The role requires leadership, complex care coordination, and autonomy in an interagency context.

You will work in Buronga or surrounding communities, with a 38-hour week and a permanent full-time contract, participating in NSW Health rural incentive programs and related advantages.
