About the RoleAs a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist, youll play a key role in shaping how we engage with customers through digital communications. Working within the Digital Sales & Channels team, youll lead the execution and optimisation of marketing automation initiatives, ensuring customers receive timely, personalised, and meaningful interactions across email, SMS, push notifications, and other digital channels.This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking. Youll collaborate closely with teams across Product, Marketing, Data, Technology, Risk, and Operations to deliver impactful campaigns, optimise customer journeys, and ensure our marketing technology ecosystem operates effectively and reliably. Youll also play a key role in audience segmentation, testing, platform optimisation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance both customer and business outcomes.About YouYoure an experienced marketing automation professional who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and customer experience.
