You'll be operating a BRAND-NEW John Deere ProGator fitted with GPS precision spraying technology, with a Toyota Hilux and trailer supplied to take your equipment between sites. This isn't a job where you're stuck spraying the same patch of grass every day. One day you could be working on a premium school sports field, the next a university campus, a major sporting facility or a brand-new playing field our construction teams have just finished building. And the best part? You'll have great equipment, the independence to manage your work and a team that knows its turf.

Here's what's waiting for you:

- BRAND-CURRENT John Deere ProGator with GPS precision spraying technology
- Toyota Hilux and trailer supplied for travelling between sites
- Above-industry pay, paid weekly, plus super
- Permanent full-time position with immediate start available
- Great variety of sites across Sydney, including sports fields, private schools and universities
- Modern precision technology with training and support
- Real independence to plan and deliver your daily spraying work
- Career opportunities in sports turf, technical operations and leadership

What you'll be doing?

You'll be our go-to spray technician,

helping keep some of Sydney's sporting surfaces and green spaces in top condition.

Your work will include:

- Supporting turf renovations and the establishment of newly constructed sports fields

Who we're looking for

We want someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys machinery and understands that great turf doesn't happen by accident.

You'll need:

- Experience in sports turf, open space or commercial spraying
- AQF3 Chemical Accreditation (ChemCert or SMARTtrain)
- Current driver's licence and confidence towing a trailer
- Good knowledge of turf weeds, pests and diseases
- A good attitude towards safety and looking after equipment
- Ability to obtain or hold a National Police Check and NSW Working with Children Check
- A Cert III in Sports Turf Management or Horticulture would be great, and experience with GPS sprayers is a bonus, but we'll train the right experienced operator on the new technology.

Why Solutions+?

We've been creating and maintaining great landscapes and sporting facilities for more than 30 years.

We're not just maintaining fields. We're also building new ones, investing in better technology and looking at smarter ways to work. We believe good people deserve good equipment, fair pay and opportunities to build their careers. If you love turf, appreciate great machinery and want to operate a brand-new GPS-equipped John Deere ProGator, this is an opportunity worth looking at.
