This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for capturing, editing and producing engaging content across our social media platforms, while supporting the wider social team with day-to-day content management, scheduling and publishing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Production

- Capture high-quality photo and video ring. crafting and various content concepts for Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest.
- Film a diverse range of content, including our proven content concepts, ring content, crafting content, behind-the-scenes content, educational content, talking to camera content, team-led storytelling, customer experiences and social trends.




- Support the execution of daily in-showroom content shoots and planned social media initiatives.
- Work closely with the Head of Content and broader social team to bring creative briefs, concepts and content calendars to life.
- Identify opportunities to capture spontaneous, authentic and engaging content throughout the business.
- Ensure all content reflects TMC's brand identity, aesthetic and creative direction.

2. Video Editing & Post-Production

- Edit engaging, platform-native short-form videos, including Instagram Reels, TikToks and Stories.
- Manage post-production requirements including colour grading, audio, captions, transitions and graphic overlays.
- Adapt content into multiple formats and variations for different social platforms.
- Maintain a consistent visual standard across all content while balancing polished brand storytelling with authentic, lo-fi social content.
- Deliver edited assets within agreed timelines to support the social publishing schedule.

3. Social Media Management & Publishing Support

- Support the social team with day-to-day management of TMC's social media channels.
- Assist with uploading, scheduling and publishing content across Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
- When required, prepare captions, select cover imagery, apply tags and ensure content is correctly formatted before publishing and or work with the broader social team to ensure alignment between content and execution.
- Support the execution and maintenance of the social content calendar.
- Assist with community management, including monitoring comments, messages and engagement where required.
- Ensure content is organised, approved and ready for publication in line with deadlines.

4. Content Organisation & Team Collaboration

- Maintain an organised library of raw footage, edited assets and creative resources.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing, brand and social teams to support campaign launches, product releases and key marketing moments.
