Davidson is seeking a commercially driven General Manager - Sales + Operations to lead growth, performance, and teams from Port Moresby, Papua Current Guinea. The role oversees 10 branches and 40–50 sales staff with regular travel across PNG, offering relocation from Australia.

You will report to the CEO and work with senior leadership to drive profitability, implement improvements, and adopt new technology to enhance sales processes.
