Panthers Group is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead sales for Western Sydney Convention Centre and Events Centre Penrith. You will shape the sales strategy, build and coach a high-performing team, and drive opportunities that grow revenue and venue utilisation.

You’ll manage a combined business events offering across two venues, connecting clients with spaces, accommodation and experiences that best meet their needs.
