Miami Bakehouse in Mandurah seeks an experienced Bakery Manager to lead a large-scale production operation. This hands-on senior role focuses on people leadership, production discipline and delivering high-quality products across Cake and Bread teams.

You'll drive labour efficiency, reduce wastage, and ensure daily production targets are met while upholding food safety and operational standards. Monday–Friday with weekend flexibility in a busy WA bakery.
