The 899 Collins team are on the lookout for dynamic Leasing Agent to join us in this permanent full-time opportunity. As Leasing Agent,you’ll guide prospective residents through every step of their rental journey, delivering a seamless and genuinely positive leasing experience. From first enquiry to move-in day, you’ll build rapport, showcase our beautiful spaces,



and ensure every interaction reflects our values of warmth, professionalism and ease.
Key Responsibilities, include:

- Guide prospective residents through a seamless, supportive journey – from first enquiry to move-in, ensuring every interaction feels personal, warm and effortless.
- Confidently showcase our apartments and amenities, bringing the Build to Rent lifestyle to life.
- Proactively manage and convert leasing enquiries to achieve occupancy and minimise vacancy.
- Support smooth move-ins and renewals, fostering a connected and inclusive community.
- Ensure accurate lease administration, compliance excellence, and presentation standards that reflect our premium brand.
