About the Role

As we continue to grow and invest in our digital future, we’re looking for a creative, commercially minded CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to transform how we connect and engage with our customers.

This is your opportunity to take ownership of our customer lifecycle marketing, help drive the implementation of HubSpot and bring innovative, data-driven campaigns to life. Working across Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience and eCommerce, you'll combine strategy, creativity and technology to deliver meaningful customer experiences and measurable business growth.

- Own HubSpot: Drive marketing automation, workflows, customer segmentation and ongoing platform optimisation.
- Shape the customer journey: Develop lifecycle strategies covering acquisition, onboarding, growth, retention and win-back.
- Bring campaigns to life: Create engaging eDM campaigns, personalised communications and automated customer journeys.
- Turn insights into action: Use customer data and campaign performance to identify opportunities and drive commercial results.
- Accelerate digital growth: Increase eCommerce engagement, customer loyalty, repeat purchasing and retention.
- Innovate and improve: Collaborate across teams, challenge the norm and continuously enhance the customer experience.

Skills, Experience & Attributes

- Strong hands‑on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub or a comparable marketing automation platform.
- Demonstrated experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing and eDM campaign management within a B2B workplace.
- Experience building automated customer journeys, segmentation strategies and personalised marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn customer data into actionable commercial insights.
- Experience developing, executing and optimising campaigns to improve engagement, conversion and retention.
- An understanding of eCommerce, digital customer behaviour and customer loyalty strategies.
- Creative flair, strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with the confidence to take ownership and drive initiatives independently.
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
