St Spyridon Parish and College seeks a Risk and Compliance Manager to lead risk, governance, safety and safeguarding across the Parish and College in a senior, organisation-wide role.

The successful candidate will assess current risk arrangements, identify gaps and implement practical improvements, coordinating with staff, clergy and volunteers. A background in education or regulated sectors is valued, with Greek Orthodox ethos respected.
