ConsultANZ is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead four key business units across the Northern Territory – Production, Asphalt, Sprayseal, and Road Maintenance. With multiple crews working across the state, this role is suited to a proven leader who thrives in fast-paced, material-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic and operational leadership across both business units.
- Mentor and develop Project Managers, Supervisors, and operational staff to strengthen leadership capability.
- Drive efficiency in planning, resource utilisation, and delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients including Main Roads WA, Tier One contractors, local government, and subcontractors.
- Ensure safe, timely, and high-quality project outcomes.
