Avondale Early Learning Centre in Cooranbong NSW invites qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our dedicated team. The role is full-time (38 hours per week) starting January 2027 and offers meaningful work with 3–5-year-olds in a faith-based, exceeding-rated service.

We are seeking candidates with Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, who are committed to child safety, ongoing professional development, and building solid partnerships with families.
