What is the role?

Early Settler is looking for a hands-on Learning & Development Coordinator to create practical learning for our teams, particularly in Retail. You’ll turn business needs into clear, engaging learning experiences using the right format for the audience - from e-learning and video to visual resources and job aids.

You’ll bring

- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning concepts and learning frameworks.
- A creative, innovative approach and the ability to turn ideas into exciting and engaging learning.
- Hands-on experience with Articulate and Canva, plus confidence using AI tools to support content creation.
- Experience developing learning in different formats, especially digital content and video.
- The ability to manage several projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.




- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders and subject-matter experts.

Experience in retail or a multi-site environment is a bonus. If you’re excited to create learning that’s useful, memorable and a little different, we’d love to hear from you.
