You will shape policy, improve lending quality, and partner with Commercial Property, Credit, Risk and Operations leaders to deliver customer-centric outcomes.

This strategic role stays closely connected to day-to-day work, handling complex transactions, building capability, and ensuring alignment with Westpac’s credit and risk
