About the Role

Love working with people, enjoy sales and have a knack for keeping things organised?

Aussie Fitness Equipment is looking for a friendly, motivated and organised person to join our Sunshine Coast team

This is a varied, hands-on role combining showroom sales, customer service and general administration.

You'll help customers find the right fitness equipment, manage enquiries, process orders and assist with the day-to-day running of our busy showroom.

We're looking for someone with previous sales or customer service experience who takes initiative, enjoys working with people and thrives in a small team environment.

What You'll Do

- Assist customers in-store, over the phone and via email

- Provide product advice and help customers find the right equipment

- Prepare quotes and follow up sales enquiries

- Process showroom, phone and online orders

- Assist with invoicing, payments and general administration

- Manage customer orders and provide delivery updates

- Work closely with our showroom and warehouse teams

About You

We're looking for someone who is friendly, confident, organised and enjoys providing great customer service.

You'll ideally have:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organisation and attention to detail

- Confidence using computers and learning new systems

- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently

- A positive, team-focused approach

Experience with Shopify, Retail Express or e-commerce is a bonus, but not essential.

An interest in fitness or gym equipment would be great, but you don't need to be a fitness expert

Hours & Employment

This is initially a casual position offering approximately 25-30 hours per week.

Our showroom operates seven days a week, so flexibility to work rotational weekend shifts is required.

Pay will be in accordance with the applicable General Retail Industry Award classification, including casual loading and weekend penalty rates.
