Maple Store in Sydney is seeking an experienced store manager who leads by example, delivers outstanding customer service and drives retail excellence. You will plan, organise and troubleshoot daily operations while motivating a team of up to 15 staff to reach high standards in service, presentation and product knowledge.

The role focuses on rostering, stock control, training and development, and maintaining a safe, engaging store atmosphere. Full time, 5 days a week.
