What role will you play?

In this role you will provide Line 1 oversight of technology risk across cyber security, information security, data, artificial intelligence, resilience, technology change and delivery, and third-party risk. You will work closely with business, technology and control owners to assess risk, strengthen controls and provide practical, risk-informed advice on initiatives, material changes and day-to-day decisions. You will maintain a clear understanding of MAM's technology risk profile, including which risks are managed directly within MAM and which are delivered through Macquarie's central service groups. You will work closely with the Corporate Operations Group Technology Risk team and Risk Management Group to support effective oversight, transparent accountability and a coordinated approach to technology risk management across Macquarie Asset Management.

What You Offer

- 8+ years’ of experience in technology risk, IT audit, cyber security or technology-focused operational risk,



ideally within asset management or financial services
- Strong knowledge of technology risk areas including cyber security, data, resilience, technology change and delivery, third-party risk and IT general controls
- Experience assessing operational risk, evaluating control effectiveness, identifying emerging risks and developing practical solutions that support sound risk management
- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity and drive issues through to completion, with experience supporting the maturity of a technology risk capability
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships and communicate technical concepts clearly to senior leaders and non-technical audiences.
