Role Description This is a full-time, or part-tome in office Psychologist role based in Gordon, NSW. The Psychologist will provide individual therapy services, and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing psychological assessments, maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, and collaborating with the team to support continuity

of care.

The role also involves contributing to early intervention initiatives,



participating in case discussions and supervision, and engaging in professional development to ensure best-practice service delivery. The Psychologist will uphold ethical standards, support a positive and inclusive clinic culture, and help further the Centre’s vision of community wellbeing.

Qualifications

- Fully registered with the Psychology Board of Australia
- Experienced psychologists preferred
- Experience or training in clinical or health settings; familiarity with private practice or hospital contexts is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ethical practice, cultural sensitivity, and maintaining client confidentiality and professional boundaries.
- Strong organizational skills, including time management, record keeping, and the ability to manage a consistent caseload.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development, supervision, and reflective practice.
