Are you ready to embark on a journey that will shape your future, deepen your faith, and equip you with skills for life? The Tops Internship Program is designed for young adults (ages 18–24) who are eager for adventure, community and personal growth.

Who We're Looking For

We’re seeking young leaders (ages 18–24) who:

- Are passionate about adventure and community
- Desire to grow in their relationship with God
- Show maturity and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Feel called to make a difference in a Christian camping context
- Who hold, or are willing to get, a Working with Children’s Check

What You'll Experience This two-year, live-in program offers a unique blend of professional development, character formation, and spiritual growth. As an intern, you’ll:
- Live in office in a supportive Christian community
- Rotate through key departments such as Outdoor Education, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, and more
- Participate in ministry opportunities, youth events, and discipleship camps




- Engage in accredited study pathways including a Diploma of Christian Studies (in partnership with the Australian College of Ministries) and the option to pursue a
- Certificate III in Outdoor Leadership
- Take part in landmark experiences like wilderness treks and retreats

Location

The Tops Conference Centre is set on 200 acres of prime bushland in Stanwell Tops. It’s a great location for school and community groups, team building retreats and conferences with fun range of outdoor and indoor experiences, activities and challenges.
