We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to build and maintain data flows, datasets, and dashboards that support IT operations, reporting, and key business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop and maintain Power BI data flows, datasets and interactive dashboards.
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
- Extract, transform and load data from multiple source systems.
- Develop and optimise data models for performance and scalability.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity across reports and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot data connectivity, refresh and reporting performance issues.
- Maintain technical documentation for Power BI solutions.
- Work closely with IT teams to identify data sources and reporting requirements.




- Apply Power BI development and data visualisation best practices.

Skills required:

- 3+ years’ experience in Power BI development.
- Robust skills across Power BI, DAX, M language and SQL .
- Experience with data modelling and ETL processes .
- Good understanding of data warehousing and dimensional modelling .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Confident communicator with experience working across technical and business stakeholders.
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
- Experience with Azure data services .
- Exposure to other BI platforms such as Tableau or Qlik .
- Power BI or related Microsoft certifications.
