Dependability

As a member of a team, it is necessary that all crew members arrive at work on time for their scheduled shift. Absences must be held to a minimum and all "call-off" procedures must be strictly followed.

Customer Relations

All crew members must understand and demonstrate good "people skills" in dealing with customers. Prompt, friendly, courteous service delivered with a pleasant attitude is essential. The Service Excellence Promise must be delivered to each and every customer.





Essential Functions

- Ensuring all food orders are prepared, portioned, and served within stated time goals
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and fully stocked dining room, restroom, and work area
- Operating cash registers according to cash operations policies and procedures
- Taking orders from customers, personally and via intercom system
- Providing quality service for our customers

- Previous experience in a fast-food or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
