Lightning HR & Recruitment is looking for an experienced Painter / Spray Painter to join a well-established and growing modular building company based in Bundamba, Ipswich.

You’ll be working in a busy workshop painting portable and modular buildings, completing both spray painting and traditional brush and roller work.

What You'll Be Doing

- Spray painting internal and external building surfaces.

- Brush and roller painting where required.

- Preparing surfaces, sanding, filling and masking.

- Applying primers, undercoats and finishing coats.

- Touch-ups and ensuring a high‑quality finish.

- Keeping your work area clean, tidy and safe.

- Working alongside a great team of tradespeople.

What We're Looking For

- Previous painting experience,



ideally in construction or manufacturing.

- Experience with spray painting and brush/roller painting.

- Good attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.

- Reliable, hardworking and a great team player.

- Ability to work independently and get the job done.

- Trade qualifications are great but not essential if you have the right experience!
