ARRCS is seeking a Personal Care Worker to join our Specialist Dementia Care Unit in the Northern Territory. You will provide safe, respectful and person-centred care to residents living with severe or advanced dementia, under the guidance of clinical staff.
You’ll assist with daily living, monitor wellbeing, and apply non-pharmacological strategies tailored to each resident. The role offers a fixed full time schedule with 38 hours weekly and an hourly base rate with penalties for various shifts.
