The Salvation Army Burnie Safe Space in Burnie, Tasmania, is seeking a values-driven and proactive Support Worker to assist participants of The Safe Space under the direction of case managers and the team leader. This casual role aims to provide safe shelter, dignity and practical support.

You will assess each participant’s safety for overnight shelter, connect them with other services, support staff and volunteers, and help create a coordinated, respectful approach that leads to reliable housing
