HelpingMinds in Western Australia is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to empower adults with psychosocial disability to achieve independence, confidence, and control over their lives within individualised NDIS plans. The role is community-based, ongoing part time (minimum 3 days per week) with potential to move to full time.

You’ll assist with daily tasks, transport, life-skills, social inclusion, and job-search support in home and community settings.
