Bundaberg Hospital is seeking an experienced Nurse Unit Manager to lead the Operating Theatre, CSSD and Short Stay Unit. You will coordinate patient-centred clinical practice and oversee nursing staff, administration and allied health across services.

The role offers skilled leadership, a permanent full-time arrangement (76 hours per fortnight) and a competitive remuneration package with strong superannuation and development opportunities in the Wide Bay region.
