InfraBuild Recycling in Hexham is seeking a Leading Hand Fitter to oversee maintenance across a large-scale operation. You will supervise a team of 12, provide technical guidance, and ensure protected, reliable performance of hydraulics, pumps, and heavy equipment.

The role emphasises proactive maintenance, daily pre-start checks, and continuous improvement within a safety-first culture. Hours from 4pm to 12am Mon-Thu and 3pm-11pm Fri; permanent full-time with competitive pay and benefits.
