Plena Healthcare invites qualified dietitians to join our mobile team delivering high‑quality dietetics to adults in Residential Aged Care facilities and the local community across NSW. You will provide person‑centred care, support nutrition systems in facilities, and deliver education sessions while completing menu and mealtime assessments.
You will travel to client sites, collaborate with Plena colleagues and external stakeholders, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
