The GEO Group Australia is seeking a Throughcare Case Manager to deliver pre-release planning and post-release support for individuals transitioning from Ravenhall Correctional Centre. The role is based at the Bridge Centre, Richmond, VIC, with travel to Ravenhall as needed.
