Ocean International Hotel in Mackay is seeking a friendly, qualified Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily F&B; operations, lead the team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience across our restaurant, bar, and functions.

Responsibilities include supervising all F&B; operations, training the team, managing costs, and maintaining high standards of service. RSA and Food Safety Certification are required, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and public holidays is expected.
