Southern Cross Care WA is seeking an ICT Support Officer to keep our IT systems running across sites in Western Australia. You will install, maintain and repair ICT equipment, troubleshoot hardware and software, and document procedures to support our staff.
You will work with the ICT Infrastructure and Support Services Manager to deliver reliable IT services, provide out-of-hours support, and assist with VoIP and network-related tasks, ensuring security and continuity of operations.
