Blackwater North State School is seeking a dedicated Coach for the 2027 school year to strengthen our whole-school approach to student engagement. The role involves coaching teachers, modelling effective practices, observing classrooms, and planning collaboratively with staff and leaders.
The Coach will advance the Engagement Continuum, implement high-impact Tier 1 practices, and support self-regulated learning across our community through partnership with the Blackwater Partnership.
