Position: English AI Safety Specialist

Compensation: $40–$45/hour

Role Responsibilities
- Review short English-language conversations to evaluate AI responses .
- Apply appropriate labels using project guidelines.
- Submit structured feedback to improve AI model performance .
- Work independently across assigned batches to meet deadlines.
- Ensure accuracy and adherence to guidelines in AI-generated content .
Must-Have
- Ability to follow written instructions.
Preferred
- Prior review or annotation experience.
