GREAT NORTHERN HOTEL (NSW) PTY LTD, trading as West Kempsey Hotel, is a renowned hospitality venue on the Mid North Coast of NSW. We seek dedicated full-time Chefs to manage daily kitchen operations, oversee lunch and dinner services, and mentor junior staff in a high-volume workplace south of Kempsey.

The role requires a Certificate III and Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
