Healthcarelink Support is seeking an experienced Community Physiotherapist to deliver adaptable contractor-based services across the NDIS and Aged Care sectors in Sydney and Melbourne.
You will perform mobility and range-of-motion assessments, deliver evidence-based rehabilitation, prescribe assistive technology, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, visiting clients in their homes and local communities. AHPRA registration and a current Australian driver’s licence are required.
