Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development and a deep understanding of the industry.

Responsibilities:

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans
- Manage and track sales pipeline and report on progress to senior management
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on industry trends

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

HECSA is a growing Queensland based business supplying medical consumables to customers across Australia in the NDIS, Aged Care, Community, Support at Home, Disability, and the wider healthcare sectors.

Our growth has been exceptional and as a result we are looking for a motivated sales professional to take ownership of the territory and build on our existing momentum.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively identify, prospect and win new business across the Aged Care and Disability Sectors.
- Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for further growth
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and regular sales reporting
- Interstate and intrastate travel and tradeshow support

About You

- Proven success in business development, ideally in the HealthCare sector
- A strong track record of generating recent business, building pipelines and closing sales.
- You enjoy selling and building valuable relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, commercially driven and capable of managing an autonomous territory.
- Willingness to travel throughout Australia and a current driver’s licence.
