Manco Rail Hire is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic / Fleet Service Manager to own servicing and maintenance of a up-to-date rail fleet. You will manage schedules, coordinate with clients and OEMs, and ensure safety, compliance and high availability across heavy vehicles and EWPs.

You will work independently, taking responsibility for planning, priority setting and delivering reliable fleet performance with minimal supervision.
