#### NDIS Practice ManagerSpreadborough, QLD 4825Full Time#### Job descriptionPractice Manager – Compassionate Nursing Care | Mount Isa, QLD 4825 | Full-timeABOUT USCompassionate Nursing Care is a Mount Isa-based provider supporting people to live well at home, including NDIS participants, aged care clients and people transitioning out of hospital. We're a close-knit team that takes pride in delivering care the right way, for our clients and our staff.THE ROLEWe're looking for an organised, people-focused Practice Manager to keep our service running smoothly and help it grow. You'll: • Oversee day-to-day operations, rostering and staff coordination • Manage NDIS billing, invoicing and claims, and follow up outstanding payments • Maintain compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, policies and audits • Find and follow up new client referrals and business leads, turning enquiries into services • Build relationships with government agencies (NDIA, Queensland Health, hospitals) and NGOs and community organisations across the North West • Represent Compassionate Nursing Care at local networks, interagency meetings and community events • Onboard new aged care clients referred by registered Support at Home providers, coordinating intake, service schedules and documentation • Build and manage partnerships with registered aged care providers so we're their go-to associated provider in Mount Isa and the North West • Ensure our services and staff meet the Aged Care Act 2024, the Aged Care Quality Standards and partner providers' requirements, including aged care worker screening • Work alongside our team leaders and coordinators, supporting and guiding them day to day,



and handle onboarding and HR admin • Report directly to the Director, working closely with them on priorities, budgets and service growthABOUT YOU • Experience in practice management, operations or admin in health, nursing, disability or aged care • Strong NDIS knowledge (pricing, PRODA/portal claiming, plan management) • Understanding of the Support at Home program and the new Aged Care Act, or a willingness to learn quickly • Proven experience generating leads or referrals and following them through to outcomes • Confident communicating with government departments, NGOs and health professionals, both in writing and in person • Experience with client intake, care coordination or subcontracted service arrangements • A collaborative leader who builds trust with a management team and leads by example • Comfortable working autonomously while taking direction from, and keeping the Director informed on, operations, compliance and new business • Confident using Xero, Google Workspace, ShiftCare and Monday.com • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain), and a driver's licenceWHAT WE OFFER • Market-competitive salary package, commensurate with skills and experience, plus super • Work-from-home opportunities • Flexible hours (negotiable) • Direct access to the Director and real influence over how the business grows • A genuine leadership role in a service that matters to the Mount Isa communityHOW TO APPLYLocal applicants are preferred.
