The Lancemore Group is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor for Lindenderry Red Hill, a 40-room luxury boutique hotel on the Mornington Peninsula. You will lead a hands-on housekeeping team to ensure rooms and spaces are impeccably presented and guest-ready.

Responsibilities include rostering, supervising the team, inspecting rooms, coaching staff, and collaborating with Front Office and Maintenance. A robust eye for detail and a calm, organised approach are essential.
