The Prospect

As an Assistant Store Manager , you'll partner with the Store Manager to lead the team and drive the operational and sales performance of your store.
The Assistant Store Manager is a brand ambassador and creates highly personalised experiences for customers and employees alike, ensuring high engagement, enviable culture and sustainable revenue growth.
Must be available to work a Sunday-Thursday roster.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Driving sales performance and achieving store KPIs and targets
- Leading from the front and setting the standard across the sales floor
- The ability to support the Store Manager in the overall running of the store and leading teams to consistently achieve revenue targets
- Consultative selling with the ability to train and coach in the art of consultative selling
- Creating, collaborating and implementing ideas to improve store trade
- Delegating and driving team productivity
- Representing the brand with genuine passion and enthusiasm

- Experience in commercial, customer-centric Supervisory/Assistant Store Manager role
- Large format, high-volum e retail experience
- Strong commercial accumen
- Fashion or trend-orientated with strengths in visual display and stock optimisation
- Operational agility with a strong inveontory management capability
